His automotive journey started in Japan as a vehicle operations sales consultant for a commercial bus and van company. He spent more than 10 years working for Hawaii’s premier family-owned automotive group, where he honed his skills as a BDC Director and Internet Analyst.

As a John Maxwell Certified Coach and Leadership Trainer, Reggie is passionate about empowering others, helping dealerships develop high-performing teams, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
